Our platform enables users to obtain estimated premium rate comparisons, educational resources, and simplified online or agent-assisted policy applications for Whole Life, Final Expense, and No Medical Exam life insurance coverage.

IMPORTANT DISCLOSURE: Estimated rate quotes provided on this website are approximations based on self-reported demographic data (such as age, gender, tobacco status, and requested benefit amount). Quotes do not constitute a formal policy offer, binder, or guarantee of coverage. All coverage options are subject to carrier underwriting approval, health history checks, and policy issue requirements.

3. Independent Agency & Carrier Intermediary Disclaimer

Alpine Fairview Group is an independent insurance brokerage and producer, not an insurance underwriting carrier. We do not underwrite insurance policies, issue policy contracts directly, or pay policyholder claims. All life insurance products made available through our Services are issued, underwritten, and guaranteed solely by third-party insurance carriers (such as Mutual of Omaha, Transamerica, Aetna, etc.).

Insurance carriers reserve the exclusive right to evaluate risk, modify requested premium rates based on medical history or MIB/prescription reports, accept or decline policy applications, and set policy terms in accordance with state insurance department regulations.

Any legal suit, action, or proceeding arising out of or related to these Terms of Use or our Services shall be instituted exclusively in the federal or state courts located in the State of Texas. You irrevocably submit to the personal jurisdiction of such courts and waive any objection based on improper venue or inconvenient forum.

If any provision of these Terms of Use is held by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, such provision shall be enforced to the maximum extent permissible, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
